Delivery

South Africa

We will ship to anywhere is South Africa free of charge, regardless of the value. Estimated delivery time within South Africa is approximately 4 to 7 business days, with the exception of any Diamonds, Gold and Gold/Silver items, which will take longer. For these items the delivery date will be confirmed by e-mail once your order is received.

Namibia

Orders less than R1 500.00 shipped to Namibia will incur a delivery fee of R200.00. Estimated delivery time to Namibia is approximately 5 to 10 business days, wiht the exception of any Diamonds, Gold and Gold/Silver items, which will take longer. For these items the delivery date will be confirmed by e-mail once your order is received.

 

Prices

Every effort is made to ensure that all the information on this website is correct but in the event that a product is mispriced we reserve the right not to process an order at the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled and the amount refunded to your credit card. You will be notified of the error and will be able to resubmit your order to purchase the items at the correct price.

 

Payment

We offer secure payments through Mastercard and Visa card using PayU.

 * A shipping notification will be sent to you on e-mail. Please note that a signature will be required at delivery destination. All products are shipped in a protected package.

 

Return policy

All purchases made on this website can be returned for an exchange provided the return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 30 days of delivery. (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded until January 15th).

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 10 days of us receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.

 

Our Guarantee

Items purchased through www.trollbeads.com are subject to a two year warranty against manufacturing defect and will be exchanged within this period of time if necessary. This means that you can return products which have faults or imperfections within two years from the date of purchase, given that these are not caused by improper use of the product or natural wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required to validate any exchange or return.

 

How to Return an Order

Please pack your order, enclose the returns form and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.

Please assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange on the returns form found at the bottom of your packing slip.

Please e-mail us at info@sdoriginals.co.za to notify us of your intention to return the goods and provide us with details of the postage or courier tracking number.
