Refund policy

30 days of return

All purchases made on this website can be returned within 30 days. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 10 days of us receiving it. Please note, that it can take up to 30 days before you see the amount on your account, depending on the method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.

2 years of warantee

The warranty is based on the country of fulfillment, which is based on the orders delivery address. Items fulfilled and shipped from Denmark are subject to a 2-year warranty (due to Danish retailer laws) against defect and will be exchanged within this period of time.


How to return an order

Please fill out the online return form, pack your order, and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”Returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.

Please assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange on the returns form found at the bottom of your packing slip.

Remember, to send the package as a business parcel, as we are not able to collect packages at a parcel shop.

Please note that any return costs are your responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from a retailer, you will need to contact the retailer where the purchase was made or alternatively the distributor in your country.

The condition of the items

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.


If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
